Returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tobacco products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds for USDT payments are returned to the original wallet address.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
